Three species of aphids feed on pecan foliage and can cause economic damage. Translaminar insecticides are commonly applied to manage these pests but control failure does occur. This study examines the efficacy of translaminar insecticide application before and after feeding damage by each aphid species occurs. Applications made after aphid feeding damage occurs also consider the time spent feeding before application and aphid density.
