Pollinator Health Coordinator Washington State Department of Agriculture Yakiima, Washington
Pollinators are in crisis worldwide due to a variety of different, complex factors. This can feel overwhelming, especially when you are working on just one piece of that problem. However, many different people are concerned too, and trying to do something about it. How can you better engage with industry, government agencies, pesticide applicators, beekeepers, citizen scientists, and concerned members of the public? How can you better collaborate, and pull together different groups with widely different interests? How might you spark political change, or begin a huge collaborative program? What might it look like when you start to succeed? You may need to step back a little, refocus your efforts, and find people also working on the same problem. The good news is you are not alone.
