Download the Hybrid Meeting Platform Navigation Guide

Meeting Format:
2022 IKCS: Europe is a hybrid meeting offering in-person and fully virtual participation. Sessions will be live-streamed and include live discussion and Q+A. Sessions will be recorded and available on-demand post event. 

Which sessions are hybrid? All General sessions, oral abstract sessions, Industry-sponsored symposium sessions, Women in RCC Networking session, and posters are accessible both in-person and virtually. 

Which sessions are in-person only? Meet the Experts Networking session is only availalbe in-person. Additionally, 1 Poster Walk will be in-person only, and 1 Poster Walk will be fully virtual. 

Which sessions are virtual only? 1 Poster Walk will be in-person only, and 1 Poster Walk will be fully virtual. 

Meeting Venue: 2022 IKCS: Europe is at the Hilton Antwerp Old Town, Groenplaats 32, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium. The Registration area, General Session room, Poster hall, and Exhibit Hall are located on the 3rd floor. Industry sponsored sessions and Networking breakfast sessions will take place on the 2nd floor. 

Registration Hours and location: Registration is located at the Hilton Antwerp Old Town, Level 3, Foyer. 

Registration Desk Hours: 
  • Thursday, April 21 2:30 PM- 7:00 PM CET
  • Friday, April 22 6:30 AM- 4:30 PM CET
  • Saturday, April 23 6:30 AM- 4:00 PM CET
  • Sunday, April 24 7:00 AM- 8:30 AM CET

Exhibit Hall Hours and location: The Exhibit Hall is located at the Hilton Antwerp Old Town, Level 3, Foyer. 

Exhibit Hall Hours: 
  • Friday, April 22 7:30 AM- 5:15 PM CET
  • Saturday, April 23 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM CET
  • Sunday, April 24 7:00 AM- 10:30 AM CET

Poster Hall Hours and location: The Poster Hall is located at the Hilton Antwerp Old Town, Level 3, Foyer. 

Poster Hall Hours: 
  • Friday, April 22 12:15 PM- 5:15 PM
  • Saturday, April 23 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM

Poster Hanging Instructions: Poster Presenters should hang a printed poster on their assigned Poster Board on Friday, April 21 between 7:30 AM and 12:15 PM. Presenters should leave their poster hanging until Sunday, April 24. 

Poster Sessions: Poster sessions will take place during the times listed below. Poster presenters should stand with their poster for at least 30 minutes of each poster session to meet with attendees and discuss their research. Virtual Poster Presenters should login to the virtual platform to chat with attendees about their research. The platform offers attendees the opportunity to submit a question to a poster presenter via electronic message and virtual poster presenters should monitor and respond to messages as needed.

Poster Session: Friday, April 21 from 12:15 PM- 2:00 PM
Poster Session: Friday, April 21 from 4:15 PM- 5:15 PM
Poster Session: Saturday, April 21 from 12:00 PM- 2:00 PM

Poster Removal Instructions: Poster Presenters may remove their poster anytime on Sunday, April 24. Any posters remaining after 10:30 AM on Sunday, April 24 will be discarded. 

How to Claim CME: View CME Information

How to submit a question electronically: Both in-person and fully virtual attendees can submit questions to speakers electronically. Click into the session, then click the Questions button to submit a question as an in-person attendee, or click the Live Stream button to view the live stream and submit a question as a virtual attendee. 

How to answer a polling question: Both in-person and fully virtual attendees can participate in polling questions throughout meeting sessions. Download the Poll Everywhere mobile app or go to the Poll Everywhere website https://pollev.com/tfflive. Enter the Event Code TFFLive to join the IKCS: Europe event. Questions will automatically display as they are shown during sessions and you can select an answer choice and submit your response. 

To Chat with Attendees through the platform: Visit the Find a colleague tile on the homepage or click the Attendees link on the left-hand navigation bar. A list of all attendees will display. A lock icon next to an attendee means they have not updated their user profile to permit access to chat with other attendees. Find the individual you wish to message, click their name, then click the Message Board button on the bottom right-hand corner to send a message.
