Description: In this hands-on workshop, attendees will learn how to make beautiful edible flowers with Phyllo dough. We will teach how to properly work with Phyllo dough, to add color, to fold and create them, to highlight and shine, to assemble, and decorate - from start to finish! The course involves how to create several beautiful flowers with color and highlights. Edible phyllo flowers are used as decorations for Quinceanera, Bridal Shower, and Wedding Cakes. Learn methods to create phyllo flowers that will be profitable and fun! Attendees will work with ingredients and tools, as they learn this new technique. Fully bilingual (english/spanish) workshop.
