Description: In this hands-on workshop, attendees will learn how to make beautiful numbers, letters, stars, spirals, butterflies, and free-form abstract designs with Isomalt Sugar. We will teach how to properly work with Isomalt, to add it color, to cast, to highlight and shimmer, to assemble, and decorate - from start to finish! The course will help you stay on the cutting edge of trendy dessert design. If you are looking to add some special flair to your cake designs, you will learn how to create free-form show-stopping decorations that will be profitable and fun! Attendees will work with ingredients and tools, as they learn these new techniques. Fully bilingual (english/spanish) workshop.
