Brad Russ is the Executive Director of the National Criminal Justice Training Center (NCJTC) of Fox Valley Technical College. NCJTC has served as one of the nation’s leading criminal justice training providers for nearly 30 years and has been entrusted with over $250 million in federal grants to carry out some of the Department of Justice’s highest priority initiatives. NCJTC leverages the expertise of hundreds of
experienced subject matter experts who are actively engaged as practitioners in their respective fields to deliver high-quality training and consulting services to communities across America. NCJTC has trained hundreds of thousands of criminal justice professionals in every state and U.S. Territories through conferences, interactive lab-based and classroom training as well as self-paced and live-instructor-led online programs. Russ’s expansive 30-year career in criminal justice includes serving with the Portsmouth Police Department for 25 Years, retiring as the Chief of Police.
