Tamien Dysart is the co-founder and CEO of Think 3D Solutions.
Prior to launching Think 3D in 2016, Tamien spent over 16 years in the financial industry and had a reputation for building and sustaining high performing cultures and teams. Driving engagement and performance up, while reducing attrition and the negative impacts of poor organizational culture.
Taking his experience and knowledge from creating several high-performing and sustainable cultures, Tamien and his long-time friend and business partner formed, Think 3D Solutions.
Think 3D is a solutions company for people - providing coaching, organizational consulting, leadership development and training to businesses and organizations of all types and sizes with one primary mission – build intentional and sustainable cultures that perform.
