Vice President of Sustainability

Annalise Dum serves as Vice President of Sustainability at JLL. As a consultant for a diverse portfolio of clients, she is responsible for strategically guiding global occupiers and investors in aligning their commercial real estate portfolios with organizational ESG goals. To date, she has over 100 new construction and renovation projects under her belt and has managed certifications for 16 million+ square feet of space. 17 of her projects have received certifications including LEED, WELL, WELL Health-Safety Rating, Fitwel, and ENERGYSTAR, both at the asset- and portfolio-levels. Recent clients include Cisco, WPP, Diageo, HCSC, 601W Companies, Equity Residential, Zendesk, and JLL.
Annalise holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design with minors in Communication and Spanish from Purdue University, and a plant based nutrition certificate from eCornell. She is a Member of the Illinois Green Alliance’s Board of Directors, LEED Materials and Resources Technical Advisory Group, and Greenbuild Advisory Board. Annalise lives a zero waste lifestyle outside of Chicago, Illinois.
