As employees are determining their new normal, some returning to the office, we are witnessing two demands: the fight for leases in high efficiency, low carbon buildings, and the focus on wellness and inclusivity. The workforce is demanding transparency, accountability and ethical decision making. Some calling it the Great Rejection of business as usual. Due to these trends, and more, Investors are feeling the pressure to make their office buildings ‘commute worthy.’ The three panelists here today (client representative, engineer, contractor) help to shape, design and execute client sustainability and wellness ambitions.
