This presentation will provide participants with a look into the LEED rating systems and the information needed to pursue certification. The focus will be on understanding the goals and outcomes of the LEED. The current LEED rating systems, LEED v4/v4.1, and the future of LEED principles that determine vision for the next version of the rating system.

Learning Objectives:

Articulate the main goals of the LEED rating system technical development
List the requirements of key LEED v4.1 BD+C and ID+C prerequisites and credits
Identify opportunities for continued building performance through LEED for Operations + Maintenance
Contribute to the input on the future vision for LEED
