Human Trafficking: Recognizing the Tales is an interactive session told from the perspective of two trafficking survivor leaders. This presentation gives the audience relevant and applicable information that they can use both on the job and in their personal lives. The information is presented in a manner that fills its audience with a call to action and a passion to bring forth change in their departments and communities.
Learning Objectives:
The audience will leave with the tools they need to recognize survivors and traffickers
The audience will be given relevant information that they can use when reporting trafficking and the laws that protect first responders reporting trafficking.
Attendees will be able to educate their staff on how to recognize, respond to and report human trafficking
