Tiffany Parker has over a decade of experience in public service and emergency management. She has earned a master’s degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Arizona State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Emergency Management from Northern Arizona University.
Mr. Parker served as a fire fighter and EMT in Arizona, between 2010-2017. During this time, she deployed all over the country working on large scale disasters, ORR surges and wildfires. When she was home, she spent her time working as a structural firefighter and EMT (both in a pre-hospital or medical setting).
Ms. Parker moved to Texas in 2017 to take a position as an Emergency Manager. As the Training and Exercise Coordinator for the City of Dallas Office of Emergency Management, she designed and conducted Dallas’s largest full-scale exercises to date. She also wrote the Family Assistance Plan for the City of Dallas, a document that is still used during large scale events. As the Emergency Management Manager for Baylor Scott and White Health’s Police Department in Dallas, Tiffany had the privilege of training police officers in human trafficking, the Incident Command System (ICS) and counterterrorism.
Tiffany is a TCOLE certified instructor, first aid/CPR instructor as well as a licensed unarmed security officer instructor. Tiffany is currently a regional director for Reclaim611 and has dedicated her life to educating first responders on human trafficking. Tiffany’s culturally and academically diverse experiences and education put her in a position to work in or educate others in a wide variety of public safety arenas, human trafficking, terrorism, emergency management and the medical field.
Tiffany uses her real life experience as a survivor to captivate audiences and promote interaction and dialogue.
