Officer Development Program

The IAFC is proud to offer the Officer Development Program at FRI 2022.

Attendance
Officer Development Program (ODP) participants must attend all sessions/days of the program in order to receive credit. Participants cannot do one day one year and the other two days another year or pick-and-choose sessions/courses amongst different levels of the ODP. For example, if John registers for ODP-COLS III, he must attend all COLS III sessions including daily briefings to receive credit. You will be prompted to select a level during your registration process. If you do not select during registration, you can still complete your desired level by attending all of the courses onsite.

ODP participants must attend all sessions, attend the General Session, and visit exhibitors and sponsors during dedicated exhibit hall time. Be sure to obtain the Validation Code for the General Sessions and the exhibit hall.

If a participant fails to attend any required component of the ODP, he/she will not earn credit for the level. However the participant will still earn general Credit Hours for the session. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure he/she receives credit for the sessions, ensures his/her transcript is correct, and keep record of the levels completed.
