Brian LaCroix is an experienced executive leader with a wide-ranging set of experiences. A grateful husband, parent and grandfather as well as an accomplished artist. He has been a volunteer firefighter, EMT, paramedic, educator, author, counselor, manager, executive officer, grape-grower and winemaker. A veteran of EMS operations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nicaragua, France and Croatia.

In 2019, following more than 2 decades of service, LaCroix retired as EMS Chief of Allina Health Emergency Medical Services, St. Paul, MN.

LaCroix currently serves as VP & Chief Operations Officer at Cambridge Consulting Group; EMS Coordinator with The Center for Patient Safety; and Past-President of the National EMS Management Association. He's a Fellow in the American College of Paramedic Executives, a Certified Professional in Patient Safety and Liaison to the Paramedic Chiefs of Canada.
