Student currently in a Biomedical Engineering graduate program at the University of Western Ontario. Primary research interests are the development and validation of mathematical models of the circulatory system at varying length scales. Past work includes creating a differential geometry framework to develop tensor-invariant models for erythrocyte membrane deformation, and dynamic equilibrium configurations, and minor work on the existence of solutions to the Navier-Stokes Equations. Currently working on developing partial differential equation (PDE) models governing oxygen (O2) transport within homogenized capillary bundles, and intent on building up these models with multiscale regulatory mechanisms to reuslt in accurate macroscale visualizations of oxygen movement in skeletal muscle.
