Lost or forgotten badges will be replaced for $25.
Wear your badge at all times in the Pennsylvania Convention Center to ensure access to the Exhibit Hall and/or scientific sessions during conference hours.
Guest Registration
Attendees may choose to register up to two (2) guests. Spouses and other non-scientist family members 5 years of age and older who wish to see a family member’s presentation must be registered by a current attendee through the EB registration site online no later than March 30th in order to have their vaccination status validated to pick up their badge. Attendees will be required to pay a $25 fee per guest. To add a guest to your current registration with a unique cell phone and email, visit the

Onsite Poster Printing and Delivery
Slidemakers, a scientific poster printing company located in Philadelphia, can deliver free to your hotel for orders placed a day in advance, or same day print and delivery for orders placed by 9 a.m. Place orders through their website or call 610-626-2364.
Poster Presentations and Policy
Recording (photographing, audio taping, or videotaping) any presentation/session is PROHIBITED, except by an EB-authorized agent. Each poster board is marked with a unique number indicating the placement of the board in the Exhibit Hall. The designation also corresponds to which Society your poster was submitted under for grouping of Society and topics.
- Mount your poster by 9 a.m. on the day of your presentation.
- Be at your poster board during the assigned session presentation time, as designated by each society.
- Posters must remain on display from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Posters not on display all day during their assigned day, may be at the discretion of the programming society, be ineligible for rewards.
Virtual Posters
Virtual posters in the online program platform will be available for viewing from March 25, 2022 – May 5, 2022 to registered attendees only. Once logged in, attendees can post questions for the presenter to respond.

Lost and Found
Items can be turned in to registration in the Grand Hall. At the end of EB, show management will turn all lost and found items into security with the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Nursing Pods (Badge Required)
There are two pods for nursing mothers in the convention center in the following locations:
- Outside of Hall A
- Broad Street Atrium between the Arch Street Doors and the entrance to the Aloft hotel
Health and Safety
As scientific societies working in the life sciences, we support vaccines and vaccine research as essential tools in the fight against disease, including the current pandemic. For the health and safety of our members and community, EB 2022 is requiring all attendees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as defined by the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the
World Health Organization (WHO).
