I am a Doctoral student working under the direct supervision of Dr. Michael D. Nelson in the Applied Physiology and Advanced Imaging Lab at the University of Texas at Arlington. My primary research interest(s) include left ventricular diastolic function, cardiac stress testing, and advanced imaging. I will spend the next few years focused on defining key pathophysiologic mechanisms driving exercise intolerance in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.
