Tony Jehi has been an advocate for community wellness for the past decade. He worked in various preventive care clinics and public health institutions to help the communities in Southern California improve their lifestyles and manage chronic diseases. He is also heavily invested in community research that underlines the role of different lifestyle factors on cardiometabolic risk and have collaborated with other professionals to attain grants, design and implement clinical trials, and translate the research findings to community action.
After attaining a PhD in Nutritional Epidemiology from Loma Linda University, Tony has joined JMU in its mission to help the next generation become successful professionals.
