Dr. Gallagher completed her Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical Center/Columbia University Medical Center in 2011. She was a former HHMI fellow and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in vascular biology in 2016 at the University of Pennsylvania. She has developed an independent research program that focuses on how epigenetics direct innate immune cells and inflammation in wound repair.
