Dale is 40 and completely happy to mooch off his dad for the rest of his life. He can’t imagine things getting better than they are now. But, change is coming. His father just married Nancy – and now she and her son Brennan are moving into the Doback household. Dale is none-too-pleased with either (especially Brennan) moving in, until he has the displeasure of meeting Brennan's malicious younger brother, Derek Huff. After striking Derek, he has (inadvertently) won the heart of Derek's romantically deprived Alice.
