Captain William Bennett is a SAUSHEC Infectious Disease fellow in the US Air Force and assistant professor of medicine at USUHS. He has a B.S. in biochemistry and molecular biology from Center College, KY, obtained his M.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Keesler AFB, MS. His current research interests include combat wound infections, operational medicine, and military-unique medical curriculum development.
