Jodie has been the CEO of Springwater Township Public Library for over 5 years. Prior to her moving back to her hometown, she was a Children's Librarian and a Teacher-Librarian in Florida for almost 20 years and she still prefers reading children's books. She learned about Dyslexia when her son was diagnosed at age 7. She has worked with the International Dyslexia Association Ontario on the creation of the Library Mini-grants and works to promote Dyslexia Awareness. She feels that every child has the right to read.
