Carlean Ponder has extensive experience in civil rights policy and legal advocacy. Her career has included voting rights, immigration, housing, and most prominently, the intersection of disability and criminal legal system work. She joined The Arc of the U.S. as Director of Disability Rights and Housing Policy in September 2021.
