Session Description: The first half of our session discusses:

• the new 988 mental health crisis number,
• alternatives to law enforcement-based crisis response, and
• updates from the National Center on Criminal Justice and Disability.

The second half of this session is interactive. We will offer practical tips to people with disabilities on what to do if you need to interact with law enforcement.
