Session Description: Learn how The Kelsey, a disability-forward housing organization, is partnering with The Arc San Francisco to explore repurposing their program space to include disability inclusive housing—mixed income housing designed for people with and without disabilities. The panel will discuss the journey to evaluate housing opportunities, share the language used in housing development, identify the important factors for finding a development partner, and discuss the must-haves for disability-forward housing.
