Dr. Lee is the Director of the Psychiatry Consultation Unit at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Health Care System (SFVAHCS) and the Program Director of the Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). At the SFVAHCS, he is also the Deputy Associate Chief for Mental Health Clinical Operations and Site Director for UCSF Psychiatry Medical Student Education. At the UCSF School of Medicine, he is currently an Interim Director of Student Support. He received his medical degree at New York University School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency training at UCSF.
