Kishwer Lakhani

Kishwer Lakhani has been a prosecutor at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office for over nine years. While assigned to the Crimes Against Children Division, she exclusively prosecuted cases involving severe physical child abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, human trafficking, and possession of child sexual abuse material. Kishwer earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated with honors. From there she went on to obtain her law degree from SMU. Kishwer has spent her legal career primarily at the DA’s office handling misdemeanors and felonies of all ranges.
