I am a MS graduate student studying Nutritional Sciences – Dietetics Research, a dietetic intern, and a graduate research assistant at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. I graduated with my BS in Nutritional Sciences – Dietetics, Honors from Oklahoma State University in May 2021, where I researched the impact of federal Child Nutrition Programs offered in schools on daily nutrition and dietary quality. Within my current program, I am researching the dietary quality of menus served at child care centers in Oklahoma as compared to a child care center best practice menu. Upon completing my MS/DI programs in 2023, I aim to become a Registered Dietitian. My interests lie in dietary quality, child nutrition, health and wellness, and nutrition access.
