Richard is committed to enlivening the public realm while ensuring development creates value without displacement, is just and creates opportunities for all. This commitment is reflected in his work for the restoration of the Red Hook Homes in Brooklyn, Dilworth Park Philadelphia among others. In addition to his work at OLIN Richard serves on the board for Studio Ludo, an innovative play-research non-profit.
