Session Description

This session will highlight the accomplishments of the EC Community in the year 2021 and also feature a special presentation that will cover perspectives from early career researchers and scientists across the domains of regulatory, industry, and academia. This session aims to guide trainee members about career paths and serve as a platform to highlight the accomplishments of our early career members. Each speaker will provide a description of their current activities, future goals, as well as key learnings from their career.

Learning Objectives

1. Identify the day-to-day activities and career development goals of early career scientists and researchers across academia, industry and regulatory and apply learnings and key decision points to their own development.

2. Reflect on the Early Career Community and engage with leadership on the accomplishments and future goals of the Community.
