Aaron Fields is the Community Health Worker and Fatherhood Coordinator for Parkland Hospital Dallas Healthy Start Program. His goal is to help reduce maternal mortality and infant deaths, pre-term and low-weight births by addressing the parenting support needs for fathers and providing them with the necessary to tools to remain engaged and active in their child's life. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelors in Speech Language Pathology & Child Development as well as a masters in Human Development and Early Childhood Disorder. He is a postpartum doula, child development consultant, public speaker, author and owner of The Write Perspective LLC. His self-help, mindfulness and children's books are written with the intention of helping his readers and audience to change or improve certain aspects of their personal, professional and spiritual lives. Aaron Fields loves to help others understand their identity, create their purpose and discover their gifts so they can utilize it for the betterment of humanity. In his travels, Aaron Fields inspires and mobilizes in schools, colleges, juvenile facilities, prison, churches, community neighborhoods and in early childhood centers.
