Q. How long is the AMCHP Virtual Platform open/available?
A. The live AMCHP event is scheduled for May 24-26, 2022. The platform will remain available to attendees and exhibitors up to one (1) year after the event. During that year, you can access all of the content in our On-Demand Library.
Q. Will Registration be closing before the Conference?
A. Registration will remain open throughout and up to 30 days after the Conference. If you register during the conference dates, please allow approximately 2 hours for your confirmation email to come through.

Q. How do I access the AMCHP 2022 Virtual Platform?
A. All registered attendees will receive an email with their unique password/access key the week prior to the conference, along with a link to the login page. If you do not remember your log-in information, please use the “Forgot Access Key” link on the login page.
Q. What Internet browser should I use to access the Virtual Platform?
A. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is the preferred internet browser. The platform does not recommend accessing the conference while on your VPN. You may need to reach out to your IT administrator to surpass the firewall.
Q. Can I check to see if my computer will work with the Virtual Platform prior to the event?
A. Yes! Click HERE to run a system check. This page will run a series of checks on your computer and web browser to get confirmation that your device is suitable to use the full potential of the conference website. If there are any problems then you will see either yellow warnings (things that can be improved) or red warnings (things that may limit your experience). Your organization's IT support team may be able to help you resolve any of these that are beyond your capabilities.

Q. How do I login and setup my profile?
A. While logged in to your account, you can navigate to your profile by clicking on your first name and last initial in the top right corner, clicking the drop down arrow, and selecting My Conference Profile. To add a photo, click Upload Photo, crop as needed, and then click Save My Profile. You can also access your profile from the My Experience page.
Q. How do I create my schedule?
A. Once logged in to your account, you can Favorite a session by clicking the star on the right side of each session. This will add it to the My Experience page. You can remove a session from your Favorites by clicking the star icon again.
Q. How can I connect with exhibitors and sponsors?
Click HERE to view the virtual exhibit hall. You can also favorite exhibitors that will show on your My Experience page.
Q. Can I use my computer or my mobile device to connect?
A. Currently, the platform is not formatted for mobile devices. While you can access the website on mobile browsers, full functionality will be best on a computer.

Q. Where can I find the schedule of events?
A. You can view the event schedule by clicking HERE. This schedule is subject to change as we will be continually adding new events and programming details.
Q. In what time zone is the conference scheduled?
A. The schedule will be in US Eastern Time (ET) each day. You will have the opportunity to set the platform to your own time zone when you set up your profile.
Q. How do I join a Session?
A. You can join using the date tiles on the home page. Each session will have a “Join Session” button in the bottom right corner of the session pop-up. This button will be greyed out until shortly before the scheduled session time, at which point you will be able to enter the session room.
Q. How do I view a session I missed?
A. All sessions will be available for viewing on-demand three business days after the conference up to one year.
