Allison Parish, a national expert in early childhood and mental health, has deep expertise in home visiting, continuous improvement, and early childhood systems. She is passionate about improving policies and services to enhance outcomes for children and families, with a focus on promoting equity. Parish leads EDC’s Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Technical Assistance Resource Center, which builds home visiting programs’ capacity to improve services families nationwide. She also serves as faculty for EDC’s Home Visiting Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network. Previously, Parish was the FL MIECHV director and the chief program officer for multiple home visiting programs and the Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems grant. For 10 years, she worked for FL’s Healthy Families America state system. She is a past president of the Florida Association for Infant Mental Health and is endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Mentor in Policy.
