Leslie deRosset has been working in public health for more than two decades working with women, children, and families in the public and private public health sector. As a practice-based researcher, her experience includes the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based/evidence-informed interventions at the community, state and national levels. Currently, Ms. deRosset is am an Implementation Specialist with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH), providing implementation support and technical assistance on behalf of three federally funded initiatives, all funded by the cooperative agreements with HRSA’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau. In addition, I am collaborating with on a National Preconception Health Initiative. Previously, she has worked with the NC Division of Public Health, the March of Dimes, El Centro Hispano ajd served as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Ms. deRosset holds a MSPH from the UNC-CH and a MPH from the University of South Carolina.
