Lynda Krisowaty, MHS currently serves as the Senior Program Manager for Evidence-Based Practice and leads AMCHP’s Evidence & Implementation team. In this role, she manages activities which enhance the MCH workforce’s capacity to identify/develop, implement, improve, and sustain evidence-based/-informed practices as well as apply evidence-based decision making tools and processes. Specifically, Ms. Krisowaty is the lead staff for AMCHP's Innovation Hub which provides the maternal and child health (MCH) field with relevant tools, resources, and technical assistance to help search for, implement, and submit effective practices and policies from across the U.S. In addition, Ms. Krisowaty serves as a technical assistance provider and coach for the University of North Carolina’s National MCH Workforce Development Center where she supports state MCH leaders to address MCH challenges through the use of evidence-based decision making and implementation tools and processes. She received a Master of Health Science in Mental Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and received a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Binghamton University.
