Kerry J. Millen is an anti-oppressive, empowerment-focused data analyst and social work researcher. As the data analyst for FHI, SNJPC, and the Prematurity Prevention Initiative (PPI) Kerry takes a data-driven perspective to improve MCH outcomes via community-driven partnerships and initiatives. Kerry holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree from Rowan University in American Studies and Collaborative Education. Through data that centers the voices of the people, especially those whose voices have been softened and/or silenced, Kerry works to understand and address systemic issues, build relationships, collect and analyze data in ethical and anti-oppressive ways, and develop interactive and engaging reports for stakeholders.
