Percutaneous cystolithotomy is a minimally invasive procedure that enables removal of cystic and urethral calculi with cystoscopic and urethroscopic guidance, through a small abdominal incision. This lecture will focus on how to successfully perform PCCL including the equipment needed, a detailed description of the surgical technique, and the outcome of PCCL for the removal of urethral and bladder stones.
