Life these days can feel overwhelming. Changes in our world happen very fast, electronic communications are escalation, and the demands on our energy continue to increase. And of course, we've dealing with the ever-morphing COVID-19 pandemic. Sometimes it's hard to think about more than getting through the day, but we need to learn to thrive in this new environment if we are to lead fulfilling lives both personally and professionally. This session is designed to:
- Set the context on the challenges we face in this "New Normal" - Introduce the concept of managing our ENERGY vs. our TIME. Time is finite, energy is not. - Focus on increasing two types of energy - physical and emotional - Build physical energy through stress & recovery - Build emotional energy through implementing happiness habits
Participants will come away with an understanding of energy management, research on happiness, and techniques to better mange their own lives in this new normal we all face.

Understand what researchers know about happiness and what we can do on a daily basis to increase our own happiness
