Use of standardized assessments is an important part of clinical care. Helping patients and their care partners understand standardized assessments will help improve patient care. The Rehabilitation Measures Database (RMD) is an on-line resource providing valuable information for clinicians, researchers, educators and students. In this new phase of the RMD, we are developing new resources for persons with disabilities and their care partners. This symposium will provide an update to the materials on the RMD that are relevant to multiple stakeholders, including infographics, updated educational videos, and a LinkedIn Community Group. During the symposium, attendees will not only learn about new initiatives, but will be encouraged to provide input about the RMD's future, including the kinds of tools they would like to see added to the RMD.

2) Discuss the relevance of the Rehabilitation Measures Database to clinicians, researchers and educators and students.
3) Participate in development of new ideas to enhance the Rehabilitation Measures Database.
