Dr. Minick is the Director of Research & Quality for Rehabilitation Services and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Research at Intermountain Healthcare. Her research is focused on the implementation of best practices, improving patient-reported outcomes, and identifying the value of physical therapy in a changing healthcare environment. She has 13 years of experience conducting clinical research, including large multi-disciplinary pragmatic trials, embedded research, and quality improvement. She is a member of Intermountain Healthcare's Research Leadership Team, chairs the Research Equity Committee, and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association's Scientific and Practice Affairs Committee.
