-Received a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin- Madison followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University.
-Spent a decade working at the Aurora Medical Center in Grafton (Grafton, WI) in a variety of capacities including Senior Physical Therapist, and Rehab Supervisor.
-Currently the Director of Rehabilitation Services for Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center (Milwaukee, WI) overseeing Rehab Operations throughout the care continuum from Emergency Department, Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, to Outpatient settings.
-Special interest in Care Transitions, leading this branch of the Service Line's strategic plan. Focus on breaking down barriers to facilitate smooth care transitions between the various levels of care patients require.
-Passionate about Physical Therapy in the Emergency Department setting as a value based initiative to save health care dollars and maximize patient outcomes. Leading work within Rehab Service line for Advocate Aurora Health Care to increase presence of Physical Therapists in this setting.
