Victoria Shier, PhD is a Research Scientist at the Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics, Sol Price School for Public Policy at the University of Southern California. Dr. Shier's work has focused on care for patients with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias (ADRD) including analysis of a randomized trial of a dementia care program in nursing homes and the effects of Medicare Advantage for beneficiaries with ADRD. Dr. Shier received her PhD from the Pardee RAND Graduate School and her MPA from NYU Wagner School for Public Service.
