Prateek Grover MD PhD MHA is a board-certified physiatrist and Assistant Professor and Interim Division Chair for Neurorehabilitation, Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Neurology at Washington University School of Medicine. He also serves as the Medical Director and Amputation Rehabilitation Program Medical Director for The Rehabilitation Institute of St Louis. His education and training include biomedical engineering, motion analysis, rehabilitation, research and administration/ leadership domains.
Dr. Grover provides clinical care for limb loss rehabilitation in both clinic and hospital settings across the limb care continuum. He strongly believes that health system and stakeholder coordination are the key to improving care. Accordingly, his programmatic, research and advocacy efforts are focused on comprehensive limb care system development, provider and patient education, and health equity in rehabilitation and prosthetics. He chairs the Limb Care Networking Group at the American Congress of Rehabilitative Medicine and serves on the Scientific and Medical Advisory Committee for the Amputee Coalition.
