Ronella Eaddy is the Chief Nursing Officer for Atrium Health Carolinas Rehabilitation. She joined Atrium Health in 2010 as the nurse manager for the Carolinas Rehabilitation stroke unit at Atrium Health Mercy. She was promoted to Director of Nursing in 2013 and then AVP in 2018, where she has oversight of the inpatient nursing and respiratory care services. In her current role, she is responsible for the integration of nursing rehab for the Greater Charlotte Region, North Central and Western NC Region and the Central and South Georgia Market.
Ronella received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina-Spartanburg and her Master of Health Administration from Strayer University. In addition, she is dual board certified in rehabilitation nursing and nursing executive advanced practice. Ronella has received several honors and awards throughout her nursing career such as the Atrium Health Pinnacle Honoree and the Diversity and Inclusion Executive Sponsor Award.
