Susan Johnson MA, CCC-SLP, CCM is Chairman of the Board and Director of the Georgia RSVP Clinic, a non profit, free outpatient rehabilitation clinic for uninsured people with brain, stroke and spinal cord injuries. She is also Chair of the ACRM/BISIG DOC Task Force - Family Education Project. Susan retired as the Director of Brain Injury Services at Shepherd Center where she managed a full continuum of services for people with brain injuries. Here she helped Shepherd open up the Brain Injury program and developed the inpatient DOC, TBI and Stroke Programs and Family Peer Mentor program. Susan aslo developed and opened the community based Brain Injury programs , that include Day, residential and respite as well as the Military mTBI/PTSD program and the Concussion Program. She has spoken Nationally and Regionally and been a strong advocate for services for people with brain injuries and their families.
