Beth Bryant, is recently retiredorthopedic physical therapist formerly practicing Occupational Medicine on-site at John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline, IL. Beth earned a BA degree in Psychology from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, a BS in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University, Chicago, IL, an MBA from St. Ambrose University, Davenport, IA and a DPT from St. Ambrose University. Beth joined ACLM in 2017 and furthered her study in lifestyle medicine with additional certifications in plant-based nutrition through E-Cornell T Colin Campbell Plant Based Nutrition Program as well as Wellness Forum Health’s, “Food Over Medicine.” Beth also became a CHIP facilitator (Complete Health Improvement Program) and facilitated CHIP classes both at John Deere and in her community in tandem with Dr. Cheryl True. Beth serves on the board of Plant Pure Nation Heartland Rooted Pod. Beth has been a prolific lecturer/speaker both in the physical therapy arena as well as in the field of plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Beth helped to spearhead lectures at community libraries and YMCAs on the relationship between food and chronic disease. Beth is a marathon runner and lover of all things outdoors. Her life goal (borrowing a phrase from Hans Diehl) is to “Help people die young as late as possible.”
