Currently, I am a research fellow at mayo clinic, center for individualized medicine.
I earned my Ph.D. in Bioinformatics in 2019 from Seoul National University, Korea.
I have a strong background in computer science and collaborated with people with various backgrounds (i.e., computer scientist, biologist, physician)
My current goal is to identify clinically meaningful biomarkers for auto-immune diseases such as vasculitis and rheumatoid arthritis.
I use bioinformatic approaches (e.g., statistics, network theories, machine learning) to analyze multi-omics data obtained from patients’ plasma and stool samples.
