Dr. Garg earned her medical degree from Government Medical College, Chandigarh, India. She completed her residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA, and her fellowship at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals, Atlanta, GA. In 2018, she started the only Lupus Clinic in the state of Wisconsin, and the nation’s 5th multi-disciplinary Lupus Nephritis clinic at UW- Madison with the goal of providing comprehensive health care to patients with SLE. Her long term goal is to become a clinician researcher leading translational research to improve outcomes and reduce disparities in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE or lupus).
