Dr. Hackbarth grew up in Pennsylvania and Illinois. She attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors and a minor in Chemistry. She obtained a Masters in Managment also from Wake Forest University. She then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, obtaining her DMD in 2016. She completed an AEGD residency in Winslow, AZ serving the Navajo Indian Reservation. After working in private practice for three years in Tennessee and Florida she enrolled at University of Minnesota to begin her Endodontics residency.
