I'm a third year endodontic resident at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. I became interested in pursuing further education in endodontics after practicing general dentistry for a few years and seeing the great benefit that endodontic treatment can provide to patients, especially those in dental pain. However, objectively measuring dental pain has historically been a challenge. Recognizing this limitation in quantifying dental pain, I was interested in getting involved with this particular research and seeing how electrodermal activity from wearable devices may aid in not only quantifying dental pain but also aid in getting an accurate endodontic diagnosis.
I do not have any relevant financial / non-financial relationships with any proprietary interests.
